The short youtube project Dakota participated a while ago has finally been revealed! It was supposed to be released tomorrow, however it looks like it got out before by accident. In the short film, Dakota plays a desperate teenage girl trying to get abortion. You can see the trailer and the fil below; I’ve also added a still from the film and the very first picture from Motel Life!! Check it out!
Remember the web series called Wigs in which Dakota played a little part? The very first clip has been posted on the channel showing a little more of Dakota’s part as Hannah! This seems like a very interesting part for Dakota, you can see the video below:
It looked like forever since we last heard news about Dakota’s upcoming film The Motel Life but we finally got some excited news! The Motel Life starring Emile Hirsch, Stephen Dorff, and Kris Kristofferson [along with Dakota] will be released at the Rome Film Festival which lasts from November 9 to November 17! Another of the films to be shown in the festival will be Breaking Dawn. You can see the full article HERE.

The Telegraph UK, owner of Stella magazine has posted online the interview featured in the Stella magazine posted earlier this month. The interview is so fresh and new, with new questions asked (remember that time when they would only ask her the same over and over?!). In the interview Dakota discuss Now Is Good, Effie, living alone for the first time, school, Elle, etc. I’ve also added the outtake to the gallery.
…She pauses, thoughtfully. ‘Tess does fall in love, and that’s one of the things that drew me to the story, because as a young woman you have dreams of having boyfriends and going to college and meeting someone you want to spend the rest of your life with and having kids.
‘And thinking about someone for whom none of these things will happen… that was what took me there.’
Fanning breaks the sombre mood with a bright laugh. ‘I’m a really big dreamer. I’m a fantasiser. Like’ – her big blue eyes widen – ‘I wonder what my life will be…’
She is not one to discuss whether or not she has a boyfriend, but says that if she had a bucket list of her own, children would certainly be on it.

In other news, Dakota’s film Night Moves has been sold by the Match Factory at Toronto to Ad Vitam Distribution. Filming starts next month, so hopefully we’ll see more pictures of Dakota soon!

Night Moves, Dakota’s newest film will start filming on October 16th in Oregon. People are still getting casted for roles in the film from Oregon so if you are interested in acting and live there, you shoult try out!
“Night Moves” tells the story of three eco-terrorists who work at an organic farm and collaborate on a plot to blow up a hydroelectric dam. Academy Award nominee Jesse Eisenberg is playing the role of Josh Stamos, the orchestrator of the plan. Golden Globe Award nominee Peter Sarsgaard has been cast as Harmon, the brains behind construction of the bomb from a quarter ton of ammonium nitrate fertilizer. Two-time Young Artist Awards winner and Screen Actors Guild Award nominee Dakota Fanning will play the role of financially wealthy Dena Brauer, who finances the plan. HERE

The official website of Now Is Good has been released! There is no much on the website yet, however we get to finally know the official release date for the film which is September 19th!! This hopefully means we’ll get to see new things from the film soon.
The theatrical release of Breaking Dawn: Part II is coming closer, and some new pictures have been released exclusively to Entertainment Weekly which included one picture of Dakota! She looks really cool, so check the picture out!
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Paramount Pictures, the studio called some of the biggest stars the studio has worked with for a photoshoot. Both Dakota and Elle took part of the epic photo which can be found in the gallery! A video has also been released to the website of Vanity Fair, you can see it here.
Dakota will be attending the Annual MET Costume Institute Gala this Monday, May 7th. Other guests include Carey Mulligan, Victoria Beckham, and Jennifer Lopez.
